I want to preface my post by saying – I have really slacked on my blogging!
I adore writing, connecting, sharing… and I found myself overwhelmed by the business side of things.
Three kids has proven to really show me how difficult it is to be a stay-at-home-working mama.
Now, I am NOT complaining. By any means.
My job. My place in life has brought so much joy and passion!
In fact I feel so darn blessed to be sitting here, typing this while my six month old stares at me with her goo-goo in-love gazes…
Yep, WE have fallen for one another… sigh! 🙂
These little beings are super important and are very needy right now.
8 year old. 2 year old. 6 month old.
Each at different stages and really cling onto mama.
What a balancing act this is…
Getting work completed and back to clients in a timely manner – while answering inquiries and emails, blogging, FBing, and posting my online galleries…
All while one or both daughters need to snuggle, help with potty training, to be fed, read a book, need to get fresh air, or just want me to sing with them.
I made the decision last week to hire help… which I believe will be one of the BEST business and personal decisions I could have made.
I can’t wait to introduce you to Natalie, my sweet and lovely [and CUTE!] business assistant!
I decided today was a good day to get back into the groove of posting and sharing – personal posts!
Parx adores the song “Twinkle Twinkle.”
She sings it and I giggle with a full and happy heart.
She’s obsessed with Yo Gabba Gabba, my iPad, peeing first in the pants then finishing in the potty and picking out her drawa’s each time she saturates the previous pair.
Butterfly kisses bring her so much joy. Snuggling is a necessity almost every night.
She loves saying, “Peek-a-boo!” in her raspy voice.
Though ridiculsouly particular and moody – she melts my heart.
Even when screeching like a black caped horse rider on “Lord of the Rings.”
Should I ever go out front, she dangersouly climbs our bench to peek out our window and see what mama’s doin’.
My little Tom Boy Princess… who is quirky, beautiful, and cool!
