Oh Taylor… what a precious girl. She was an EASY bride, cool, calm, sweet, beautiful and FUN.
She and Rob have recently moved to the WINDY city of Chicago, leaving their Dallas friends and family… behind.
They came back to Dallas to celebrate their union – as husabnd and wife. Oh what a celebration it was!
We met at the Omni Hotel in Dallas where the parties were getting ready!
Then we headed to EM the Venue in the design district.
Very cool, posh, modern and gorgeous!
They had both their ceremony and reception in this swanky pad!
Their friends and family are just as fun as they are. The dance floor was boomin’ and the laughter was contagious.
I just LOVE weddings that are full of life!
Taylor’s mama (Michelle) holds a special place in my heart.

Okay I had to throw in this photo (below) – oh and thanks Jared Rey Hernandez for this hilarious photo!!!!
You see… they were playing “SPIN THE BOTTLE” on the dance floor. Well – I had NEVER seen such a game so I run out to photograph it.
Next thing I know – the bottle points towards me. I look behind me and the pair of peeps look at me like, “NO NO, NO… it’s YOU!”
Everyone started pointing at me and woo’ing.
So I decided I had two options:
a. be lame and chicken out.
b. Go out there and own it!
Well, I chose B.
I mean I tried to own it. and let me tell you I was panicked and nervous and felt foolish and my heart was pounding…
and felt totally exhilirated and happy and silly.
About a dozen guests that night came up to me giving me props… and that was the BEST feeling in the world.
Those guests were kind, and gracious and AWESOME! 🙂
your reception/dancing pictures get more creative every wedding that you post! I LOVE it! way to capture such fun memories 🙂
