A few years ago I went to an event at a bridal boutique and had some “pink champagne” cupcakes from a new company.
This was the moment I truly fell in love with cupcakes.
You see Leah – the baker Queen – makes the BEST cupcakes I have ever had.
Her buttery sugary treats had me craving cupcakes on a weekly basis.
(BTW her shop is Leah’s Sweet Treats here in Fort Worth, if you haven’t had them, you must go… NOW!)
I have watched her business grow from delivering in cars to having her own space on Camp Bowie.
She met Aaron through her cupcake journey and the moment I saw her become a “fiancé” I was so happy for them and totally jealous of him.
He gets to be the Mr. Cupcake Queen! 😉
When Leah approached me about photos, I was thrilled and honored.
I was even tempted to barter a lifetime of cupcakes for a lifetime of memories, but thought I would have the better end of the deal!
I mean buttery sweet goodness for life? Mmmm.
Leah is a gal of COLOR and FUN… we went for simple backgrounds to showcase her love of hues and patterns.
When they pulled up, I was so in love with her outfit!
That skirt she was wearing was actually her moms! What a neat way to make their photos extra special.
Aaron and Leah were great – fun – bright – and super sweet.
They did a fantastic job and were easy to work with.
Leah and Aaron,
Congrats on your engagement!
I am so happy for you two and your future journey.
You know I am so looking forward to your wedding and the JOY and COLOR it will bring.
.love.
